24Library was born from a simple frustration: library owners in India were managing thousands of students, hundreds of seats, and multiple shifts using WhatsApp groups, paper registers, and spreadsheets. It was inefficient, error-prone, and unsustainable.
We spoke to dozens of library owners across Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Patna, Pune, and Hyderabad. The problems were consistent: missed fee collection, seat conflicts, manual attendance tracking, and no data to make business decisions.
