24Library was born from a simple frustration: library owners in India were managing thousands of students, hundreds of seats, and multiple shifts using WhatsApp groups, paper registers, and spreadsheets. It was inefficient, error-prone, and unsustainable.
We spoke to dozens of library owners across Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Patna, Pune, and Hyderabad. The problems were consistent: missed fee collection, seat conflicts, manual attendance tracking, and no data to make business decisions.
We built 24Library to solve every one of these problems. Starting with the core essentials — seat management, member registration, payment tracking — and expanding to AI-powered insights, WhatsApp reminders, multi-branch support, and real-time analytics.
